US Accountant

Responsibilities:

● Perform day to day accounting duties in AP, AR, cash management, payroll, fixed assets, general ledger and other duties as assigned

● Assist with monthly close process by posting monthly journal entries, performing account reconciliations and ad-hoc financial analysis

● Maintain regular contact and build solid working relationships with various client groups to ensure a high level of customer service and work product

● Assist on projects and ad hoc assignments as needed

Requirements:

● Solid understanding of GAAP

● Experience with standard software solutions preferred, for example: QuickBooks Online, Xero, Netsuite, , Gusto, Expensify, Carta

● Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills

● Fast learner with high degree of professional curiosity and desire to learn

● Ability to manage multiple priorities

● Enjoy a collaborative, team-oriented environment

Education & Experience:

● Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred

● 5+ years of progressive accounting experience with direct exposure to accounting operation duties like AP, AR, and cash reconciliations

● Experience working in a fast-paced technology, or professional services environment

Schedule: Day Shift, 6:00am

Set Up: WFH with very minimal meet ups in Pampanga. Frequency: 1x or 2x per month only, depends on your location
