To hold overall accountability over actuarial models while working closely with various stakeholders (eg Chief Actuary, Valuation and Capital, Pricing, Risk, Investment and Group Office) and initiate innovative model designs to meet regulatory changes and business needs.

To drive improvements by proposing and implementing changes in existing modelling methodologies and tools.

Skills and Knowledge

Educational Qualifications

Relevant Experience
  • Graduate of BS Mathematics, BS Accountancy, BS Statistics, or other related courses
  • At least Associate of a recognized actuarial society (ASP, SOA)
  • At least seven (7) years experience in life insurance from any of the following exposure areas - Modelling, Valuation and Pricing
  • Experienced in model designs, methodologies, model development process, standard checking procedure and model governance

Charter Ping An, on the other hand, has 22 branches nationwide and 2,007 agents.

AXA Philippines is a joint venture between the AXA Group, headquartered in France, and the Metrobank Group, one of the largest financial conglomerates in the Philippines.

The Metrobank Group is a conglomerate of industry-leading businesses that includes First Metro Investment Corporation, Metrobank Credit Cards, Federal Land, Toyota, and Manila Doctors Hospital.
