About the role

We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Site Inspector to join our team at R.S. Ison and Associates in Makati City Metro Manila. As a Site Inspector, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful completion of our civil and structural engineering projects by monitoring on-site activities and adherence to specifications. This is a full-time position that offers excellent opportunities for professional growth and development.

What you'll be doing

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and ensure compliance with project plans, codes, and safety standards.Reviews approved structural FCD and materials specifications based on the project requirement.Reviews formwork/scaffolding detailed drawings, construction methodology, materials testing requirements for the project.Reviews rebar/structural steel cutting list, placing, splicing and anchorage detailed drawings based on the approved FCD .Inspects all structural works.Witness materials testing and provide corresponding report summary. What we're looking forBachelor's degree in Civil/Structural Engineering or a related fieldVacancy available for Graduate Engineers and Professional Engineers.Minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience as a Site Inspector or in a similar construction-related roleStrong attention to detail and ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specificationsExcellent problem-solving and decision-making skillsLicense Civil Engineer (board passer/professional license)Willing to be trained and work under pressure.Available immediately.
