The Jr. Quantity Surveyor will be based in Clark Freeport Special Economic Zone, Angeles, Pampanga, with assignments in Quezon City and other Luzon project sites. Travel arrangements will be provided by the company.

Responsibilities include end-to-end estimates of projects, coordination with purchasing and warehousing, equipment inspection, and report preparation. The role involves full cost estimates, BOM and BOQ preparation, progress billing, and staying updated with engineering technology and best practices.

Requirements: a Licensed Civil Engineer, at least one year of experience, open to changing shifts and overtime, and willing to travel for domestic assignments and field work.

**Key tasks:**
  1. Provides end-to-end estimates of projects and future projects.
  2. Closely coordinates with purchasing and warehousing to secure proper allocation of materials on site.
  3. Inspects equipment and tools on a regular basis to ensure optimum condition and that they are being used for the intended purpose.
  4. Prepares accurate reports on project progress and other aspects involving civil engineering in order to come up with the best possible recommendation and action.
  5. Responsible for the preparation of full cost estimates on general tender and contract documents in close coordination with other departments.
  6. Preparation of detailed BOM and BOQ.
  7. Prepares progress billing for the site and to the client.
  8. Keeps abreast with engineering technology and best practices at all times.


**Requirements:**
  • Must be a Licensed Civil Engineer.
  • At least one (1) year experience required.
  • Open to work on changing shifts while on project assignment with possible overtime.
  • Travel (Domestic) and field work required; all travel expenses shouldered by the company.
