Job Summary
The Intune Engineer will be primarily responsible for administration, configuration, and troubleshooting Microsoft Intune and Microsoft 365 services, including support for internal users and groups. This role involves managing and protecting the organization's devices, apps, and data.
Serves as a technical expert in Microsoft Intune and related technologies and Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM). Investigates and analyzes feasibility of system requirements and develops system specifications. Identifies methods, solutions, and handles escalated issues and provides a high level of service to the customers of IT.
Area of expertise (Skills)- User / Device Management: Active Directory/Azure Active Directory (AAD)
- Application Creation and Deployment/Assignment: Uploading and configuring LOB applications (Windows, MacOS, iOS, and Android), deploying LOB applications to computer/mobile devices.
- Creating, Maintaining and Administration of Endpoint management solutions. Including, but not limited to settings and configurations for endpoints and users.
- Management and Administration of Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (MECM) primarily for endpoints and application.
- Management and Administration of Software Updates
- Management and Administration of Compliance policies
- Management and administration of monitoring tools to maintain Service Level Agreement for Customers of IT.
- Work directly with end users to troubleshoot Endpoint Management related issues as needed.
- Performs escalations for any unresolved issues and required for next level troubleshooting.
- Adheres to company guidelines and procedures
- At least 5 years of experience working with Desktop/Endpoint Management in an Enterprise Environment
- At least 2 years of experience working with Intune for Large Organizations
- Fluent in Oral and Written English Communication Skill
- Results-Oriented, Solution Finder, Deadline-Driven, Proactive and a Multi-Tasker
- Excellent Interpersonal Skill
- Can work on a Rotational Work Shifts but primarily US Day-shift (ET)
- Ability to lead initiatives and projects.
