Plan, organize and manage the work of subordinate staff (Department Supervisors) and with Engineering Supervisor to ensure that the work is accomplished in a manner consistent with organizational requirementsEnsure inventory accuracy and regular reporting to the POM and or the GM.Oversee the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of goods.Ensure Proper documentation is strictly adhered to in the movement of all inventory items including Engineering, Service Center, Accounting, HR, Sales, Marketing, and others.Ensure productivity targets are met and maintain computerized administration of inventory and other monitoring systemsEnsure customer service needs are also attended by Service Center and part of daily delivery planEnsure workplace housekeeping, health and safety requirements are met and take responsibility for the security of the building and stock.Typical work activities include: Motivating, organizing and encouraging teamwork within the workforce to ensure set productivity targets are met in all Department with Supervisors .Training staff and monitoring their performance and progress of Department SupervisorsCommunicating with other departments, staff groups and customersOverseeing stock control and processing orders;Ensuring quality, delivery and budget objectives are met;Delivering and fulfilling objectives and directions from the operation's headquarters;Keeping stock control systems up to date and planning future capacity requirements;Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis based on identified and agreed KPI for each Department. To be submitted to Branch Head with assessment and proposals.Basic KnowledgeThe following is a sample list of the information that the branch supervisor should be aware of on a daily basis:
Expert on all processes that occur in the branch, including (but not limited to): Ordering, delivery, receiving (container, undelivered, returns), truck dispatch, service, petty cashExpert on how to enter and read information for better judgment and recommendation of actions neededSpecifically knows the status of all trucks, where they are, when they come back, and what their next trip will beSpecifically knows the status of shipments from Manila to Cebu as well as directshipments from foreign SuppliersKnows pending orders and the reason for these orders being pending. Daily checking with Branch Supervisor of the pending order, sorted by date and make sure all more than 14 days unserved are attended. Refer to googgle drive daily pending order (Dealer and Retail) and tank status vs. SLGenerally aware of the current production schedule and what are being producedGenerally aware of items that are out of stockGeneral knowledge of the production process and the processing time for each stepManpower and Recruitment statusReports (Mandatory or Operational ) and their submission days, ensure that reports to other Departments have been submitted Special Projects status by DepartmentAuthority to sign documentsRefer to Memo circulated approved by DO and GM.Qualifications:Degree in any 4 year course5 years experience in manufacturing industry or equivalent educationHighly skilled on Microsoft Office productLogistics/Supply chain experienceStrong communication skills.Strong analytical skill.Ability to analyze and think strategicallyKeen on details, Customer Service Satisfaction (QA skills an advantage)Team Player/Builder with good interpersonal relationship skillFirm, Neutral and with good leadership towards co worker.
