Sourcing Specialist

- Work with leads in implementing recruitment and screening procedures to endorse quality candidates to clients based on SLA.
- Creatively source candidates through his/her network or via job boards.
- Conduct screening of candidates, prepare profile write ups, and coordinate succeeding recruitment processes with clients.
- Assist in candidate offer negotiations and requirements completion.
- Assist in acquiring new clients.
- Identifying and communicating any risks to the project so solutions can be sought within project timelines with clients.
- Assist candidates in the completion of pre employment requirements.
- Work with internal teams to ensure paperwork, administration, and invoicing are handled correctly
- Hit sales targets in terms of revenue from hired candidates with our clients.
