IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

This is a fixed term appointment with the option to renew for an initial period of three (3) years. After the initial period, ADB has the option to renew the appointment for up to three years or allow it to expire based on ADB's interest in retaining skills and experience while considering funding sources.

Overview

The IT Specialist (Information Security) will ensure ADB remains cyber vigilant focusing on IT Risk, Outsourcing and Cloud security, third party risk management, information classification, data leakage protection, and cyber resiliency efforts.

Responsibilities

• Security Liaison

  Works with other departments and external parties to establish contracts, service-level agreements, and ensures quality and compliance.

• Strategic Support

  Develops recovery strategies, security programs, policies, and governance in alignment with industry standards.

• Risk and Compliance

  Supports ICT risk management, information classification, data leakage protection, and third-party risk assessments.

• Operational Support

  Manages vendor relationships, performance metrics, process automation, and collaborates for continuous improvement.

Relevant Experience & Requirements

• Master's Degree or equivalent in relevant fields.
• Industry-recognized certifications in IT Security.
• At least 8 years of Enterprise environment experience.
• Familiarity with Information Classification and Data Loss Protection.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
• International work experience.
