**Job Summary:** Provide exceptional customer service as a server in a fast-paced restaurant environment, ensuring a memorable dining experience for guests.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Greet and welcome guests promptly in a warm and friendly manner.
  • Thank and bid farewell to guests, conveying anticipation for their next visit.
  • Assist with table reservations and seating.
  • Ensure guests are serviced within the specified time.
  • Have a good knowledge of menu and presentation standards.
  • Answer questions about the menu and help with menu selections.
  • Anticipate and react promptly to unexpected guest needs.
  • Serve food courses and beverages to guests with enthusiasm.
  • Set tables according to event type and service standards.
  • Record transactions/orders in Point of Sales systems.
  • Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions and product availability.
  • Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with each food course and beverage.
  • Clear, collect, and return food and beverage items to the proper area.
  • Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glass, etc.
  • Review order dockets for accurate and timely preparations.
  • Present accurate final bill to guests and process payment.
  • Perform shift closing on the Point of Sales terminal.
  • Ensure the restaurant is clean and organized, both front and back of house.
  • Implement hotel brand standards and SOPs consistently.
  • Work with staff and managers to achieve restaurant potential.
  • Complete daily responsibilities and closing duties.
  • Conduct monthly inventory checks on operating equipment and supplies.
  • Coach and develop junior staff.
