Job Title: Alternative Investment Operations Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as an Alternative Investment Operations Specialist. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of our investment operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process capital calls and distributions, including mailbox management, wire instructions confirmation, and capturing amounts in our proprietary system.
  • Interact with external service providers, such as banks, custodians, and general partners, to ensure seamless communication and execution.
  • Support the team's efforts in internal reporting, including compliance, internal audit, and maintenance of process documentation.
  • Investigate and resolve cash flow discrepancies with investment professionals, accountants, and tax specialists.
  • Perform other ad-hoc and administrative duties as required.

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or business administration.
  • At least 2-4 years of relevant working experience in alternative investment operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.
