JOB SUMMURY Assist the Chief Radiologist in ensuring quality assurance of all Radiologic Procedures and results. perform x-rays for diagnostic purposes. Follow established radiologic requirments and regulations to ensure patient care and safety.1. Direct and coordinated activitie of radiology or diagnostic imaging department in a hospital thru supervisors or head radiologist.2.Coordinate other staff in operation of imaging equipment such as conventional x-ray portable x-ray ,CT scan, mammography, ultrasound and C-arm.3. Accepts and schedules all request for all types of examinations coordination with the ward, OPD and the physicians or technologist involved.4.Assist/instructs the patient in preparation for a radiologic all procedures.5.Performs the radiological procedures observing proper positioning, dose limit and radiation safety and protection measures.6. Processes all x-ray Ct scan, mammography, C-arm films taken during procedures.7. Conducts quality assurance evaluation evaluation checks towards the production of technicallysatisfactory radiographs of good diagnostic value.8. sort out films and documents for interpretation porpuses.9. Release and distribute/forward the reading/ report to different wards,OPD,etc.10. Keeps record of all data pertinent to the radiological studies/ examinations performed in the department.11. Participates in proper care of machines in coordination with the technical engineer who performs PMS ( preventive measures services ).12. Controls inventory and purchase of supplies for assigned area.13. Performs other related duties as assigned.EDUCATIONS/QUALIFICATIONS: BACHELOR OF SCIENCE IN RADIOLOGY/PRC Lic./Technical expereince in radiology.WORK EXPERIENCE
