B. JOB QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from inception to completion.Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure.Proficient in project management software and tools.
