As a Collection Staff, you will be responsible for contacting customers to collect outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records of all transactions and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues related to collections, refunds, and account adjustments
  • Monitor and maintain assigned accounts, ensuring timely payments and accurate records
  • Collaborate with sales and senior management to accelerate the collection process
  • Communicate effectively with customers and sales teams to resolve discrepancies and short payments
  • Perform other assigned tasks and duties necessary to support the Accounts Receivable Department
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting
  • Fresh graduates with Latin Honors are encouraged to apply
  • Knowledge of basic collection process and procedures
  • Strong customer service focus and negotiation abilities
  • Basic knowledge of MS office applications
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail
