Qualification Requirements:

Bachelor of Technical Teacher Major in Automotive Technology or in Automotive Engineering Technology.Preferably with 2-year experience as an Automotive Instructor, Technician, or Foreman and with TESDA Certificate.Proven work experience as a teacher, technician, foreman, or a relevant work experience in automotive industry.Possess technical skills, expertise and thorough knowledge of teaching best practices and legal educational guidelines partnered with willingness to follow the school's policies and procedures.Preferably with TESDA National TVET Trainer Certificate (NTTC) in Automotive Servicing.Aware of the basic safety precautions needed in the workshops preferably with relevant certifications on safety.Preferably with valid driver's license.Skills:Strong leadership and controlling skills as well as creative, energetic and committed.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Excellent organization and time management skills with high level of attention to details.Strong moral values and discipline to serve as role model to students.Knowledgeable in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).Responsibilities:Participates in the development, preparation and/or selection of instructional materials, guides and evaluation procedures that are needed by the students.Undertakes classroom management and delivery of instructions through creative and innovative teaching, proctoring, mentoring and advising following the prescribed session plan.Implement Auto Servicing curriculum of TESDA and TEAM21 Curriculum.Teach Auto Servicing subject.Keep and maintain students' records (attendance, grades, etc.).Prepare, restore and safekeep training items (materials, tools and equipment).
