Shaping Visual Excellence

Create and/or edit production-ready art files for our manufacturing partners to use for production of our paper plate and napkin products and packaging. As needed, create die lines and templates for packaging cards, boxes and counter display units.Create surface designs for paper plate and napkin products.Assist in trade show booth planning from a graphic design perspective – i.e.:Creating print-ready art files & imagery for trade show display and sales collateral.Create inventory and sell sheets and assist with technical and/or administrative tasks related to the booth planning.Assist in creation of our catalogs and any relating sales collateral. This includes image organization, overall layout direction, proofing SKUs, and other product details.Assist with image management:Edit product and lifestyle photography to prepare for print and web-based needs.Organize and manage photo library and handle all image requests from sales and customer service.Crafting the Perfect Candidate

Must Have:

Pattern designing experienceExcellent communication skills.Minimum of 1-3 years of industry experience related to production graphic design.Background in logo/packaging design, repeat pattern design work, and factory file design experience and examplesDemonstrated proficiency as a graphic designer or production artist, supported by a robust portfolio.Mastery of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Illustrator, InDesign, and Photoshop.Crucial print expertise—familiarity with offset or flexographic printing methods is paramount. Bonus points for layout proficiency, as we produce multiple printed catalogs annually.Experience working with manufacturing partners specifically in the printing industry.A discerning eye for surface design, including experience in crafting repeating patterns and original illustrations.Impeccable attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
