QUALIFICATIONS:
· High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.

· Previous experience in customer service, preferably within the mortgage or financial services industry.

· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.

· Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Collaborate with other team members and departments to ensure a cohesive approach to customer support.

· Participate in training sessions and stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
