Qualifications:
With pleasing personality
Fluency in Japanese Language
Knowledge of Japanese traditions and etiquette.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Previous experience in hospitality or customer service
Ability to remain calm and polite under pressure
Excellent time management skills
Can work in flexible hours and day.
Available to join as needed
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Greet Japanese guests upon arrival with a warm and respectful welcome
• Ensure all communications with Japanese guests is clear and culturally appropriate
• Provide assistance with check-in and check-out procedures including any special request
• Address any guest concerns or complaints promptly and effectively
• Uphold the highest standards of customer service
• Follow company procedures for safety, security, and guest privacy.
