We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our Business Development team as a Management Trainee. This role is designed to provide comprehensive training and hands-on experience in various aspects of business development, preparing the trainee for a future role as a Business Development Officer. The trainee will work closely with the Business Development Director and Business Development Officer, gaining insights and skills across all business units managed by the BD Director, including GameOps, MEE Games, and GameDev Summit.

Responsibilities

Assist in the development and execution of business development strategies for GameOps, MEE Games, and GameDev Summit.Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential business opportunities and trends.Participate in meetings with potential partners, clients, and stakeholders to understand their needs and propose suitable solutions.Support the preparation of business proposals, presentations, and marketing materials.Assist in the management of relationships with existing clients and partners to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.Monitor and report on the progress of various business development projects and initiatives.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of business development plans.Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to build and maintain professional relationships.Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance knowledge and skills in business development.Other duties analogous to the foregoing. RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.Strong interest in the gaming industry and knowledge of GameOps, MEE Games, and GameDev Summit.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to learn.Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Previous internship or work experience in business development or related fields is a plus.Preferably a gamer.
