Job Summary: As an Architectural Inspector at Rockwell Land Corporation, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, craftsmanship, and compliance with design specifications across our diverse portfolio of projects. Working closely with project teams, contractors, and consultants, you will conduct thorough inspections of architectural elements, materials, and construction processes to safeguard the integrity of our developments and uphold the Rockwell brand reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

Quality Assurance: Conduct comprehensive inspections of architectural works at various stages of construction to verify compliance with approved plans, specifications, and industry standards.Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspection findings, including photographs, reports, and documentation of deviations from established requirements.Collaboration: Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to address issues identified during inspections and ensure timely resolution.Compliance: Monitor adherence to building codes, zoning regulations, and other relevant requirements to mitigate risks and maintain legal and regulatory compliance.Material and Workmanship Review: Evaluate the quality of materials, workmanship, and construction techniques employed in architectural components, providing feedback and recommendations for improvement as necessary.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture.Proven experience in architectural inspection, quality control, or construction management, preferably within the real estate or property development industry.Strong knowledge of architectural principles, building codes, and construction practices.Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex technical issues.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse stakeholders.Proficiency in using inspection tools, software applications, and digital documentation platforms.Certification as a Licensed Architect.Willingness to travel to project sites and work flexible hours as needed.
