Qualifications & experience

Education: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related coursesLicensure and/or Certification Required: Licensed EngineerNo. of years of relevant work experience: Minimum of 2 years relevant work experience in retail or equivalent in Property and Building administration, in the retail industry, or similar dutiesWilling to be assigned in Surigao Del Sur/ Davao areas. Tasks & responsibilities Monitors the architectural, structural, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical standards of the organization's buildingMonitors the temperature and ventilation systems to ensure the optimum comfort and safety for the customers and the employees of the organizationEnsures tools and equipment are available and properly listed, organized, and storedMaintains, orders, and picks up the appropriate supplies needed for repairs and renovations and janitorial workOperates and performs preventive maintenance for building facilities to ensure minimal troubleshootingInspects and repairs restrooms as needed Conducts store visit to observe conditions impacting designs/plansEnsures floor tiles and concrete floors are properly maintained Supervises housekeeping staffs to ensure that buildings are kept clean and maintained, both interior and exteriorRequests the necessary repairs and renovations needed for the organization's buildings to keep the facilities up to proper standardsResponds to emergency requests for architectural and plumbing facility repairsSupervises the maintenance staffs and plans their daily work schedule to ensure that building facilities are well maintained and properly functioning.
