**Planview Analyst** Mace is a leading international consulting and construction company that redefines the boundaries of ambition.

We are seeking an experienced Planview Analyst to join our Mace IPMO team and work closely with a global client on their Capital Planning Portfolio Management Division.

**Key Responsibilities:**
  • Enable digital systems to be effectively managed, supporting the wider project team to be at full capacity and deliver better projects for clients.
  • Adhere to a structured development lifecycle, including requirements definition, design, development, testing, and deployment.
  • Deliver multiple projects or sub-projects, working closely with the digital and data lead.
  • Manage aspects of digital solution delivery and operation on client-facing projects, enabling the project/programme team to work efficiently.
  • Be the 'expert' on planview within the project and with the client.
  • Keep documentation up-to-date and assist with regular reporting for the digital lead.
  • Work with the PMO team and client to continuously improve planview, understanding evolving client and project needs.
  • Be a trusted advisor to the client and PMO function.
  • Advise on better ways of working within planview constraints.
  • Project manage key elements of the software and solution lifecycle.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and peers in a development and support team.
  • Support the IPMO and client in developing support strategies.
  • Liaise with partner IT functions, client, and supply chain partners.
  • Engage seamlessly with other teams within the client project ecosystem.
  • Understand and follow governance models.
  • Contribute to the digital centre of excellence, including body of knowledge, process, and case studies.


**Requirements:**
  • 5+ years of relevant IT project management experience with extensive planview experience.
  • Experience in implementing digital systems, technologies, and services for client projects and programmes.
  • Managed multiple sub-project areas and tasks assigned by the project/programme.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility with working patterns.
  • Experience working with a PMO or project delivery partner.
  • Good knowledge of PMO reporting.
  • Strategic thinking and planning related to technology.
  • Experience with testing software, including penetration testing.
  • System and enterprise architecture.
  • IT project management capabilities and qualifications.
  • Experience in the real estate and construction project management sector.
  • Good stakeholder management.
