Your main goal is to provide support on Digital platforms and operations. You will be responsible for ensuring the seamless operation and ongoing maintenance of digital solutions.

From conception to execution, you will serve as a seasoned expert, facilitating and maintaining the adoption of global digital solutions to drive business growth and streamline processes.

Collaboration with IT and global Digital teams is essential to implement system developments and monitor maintenance, ensuring a consistently up-and-running system.

Working closely with multi-cultural business teams to support markets and functions in digital deployment to achieve success is crucial on this role.

Maintaining a comprehensive documentation for digital products is required as well.
What your day looks like

  • Coordinate with multiple markets stakeholders on requirements gathering and delivery of services
  • Maintain and validate Commercial Master Data
  • Understand, validate and document multiple Trade Programs and other Commercial services
  • Monitor and report performance of Commercial activities like KPIs, trade programs, etc.
  • Manage user access administration for various Commercial systems
  • Provide inputs on continuous improvements for the processes owned
  • Support in any other administrative Commercial tasksWhat you need to have
  • College/ University Degree of a relevant course
  • Basic understanding of commercial concepts and company processes
  • Good understanding commercial and B2B Engagement systems
  • Solid customer service and detail orientation
  • Well organized and with good knowledge of record keeping practices
  • Resourceful, self-sufficient and independent
