QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree in Hotel and Restaurant Management/Business Administration or other related coursesMinimum of 3 year (s) of management experience in casual dining restaurantsMust have excellent customer service and floor management skillsStrong leadership and management skillsRESPONSIBILITIESAssists in managing the daily operations of the storeLeads store in achieving performance targetsImplements programs to improve the overall efficiency of store operationsManages people and serves the training & coaching needs of subordinates-
