The HRIS Analyst will be a part of a team that provides global system support to all our HR functions including HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Benefits, Payroll and Compensation. The successful candidate will be highly analytical, process/detailed oriented, customer focused and bring a strong understanding of the SuccessFactors platform. Strong communication skills with the ability to prioritize projects and manage confidential information is required.

Essential Functions

Administer and maintain the HRIS platform, ensuring data accuracy and system efficiency.Utilize reporting tools to run standard and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making and provide insights into HR metrics.Ensure the accuracy and consistency of HR reports by implementing stringent data validation and quality control measures.Serve as a liaison between HR and IT team to test new functionality for any system upgrades, involving relevant business users when necessary.Work closely with HR Coordinators, HR Business partners, and Payroll to troubleshoot Employee Central queries for multiple modules, including but not limited to: Onboarding, Employee Central Core and RecruitingAssist with employee data entry and system maintenance tasks as required.Create and maintain process documentation for HRIS procedures.Work with manager on special projectsCarry out other duties as assigned.Required SkillsSelf-starter Ability to work individually and in a teamExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities requiredAbility to adjust to rapidly changing prioritiesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsUnderstanding of system and integration processesRequired ExperienceBS degree plus 3 –5 years' professional HR experience (or the equivalent in professional and HRIS experience)HRIS experience with SuccessFactors system required particularly around Employee CentralPreferred QualificationsSuccessFactors Compensation experience a plusProject Management experience a plusGlobal Cloud HCM system implementation experience a pluEC/Comp SFX accreditation a plus
