The Material Management Assistant is expected to maximize Joy~Nostalg potential through Logistical management, Inventory Management & Report generation.

Duties and Responsibilities

Monitor Delivery advice Form (DAF) schedule for deliveries.Check DAF delivery date if supplier can comply (one month before, two weeks before and 3 days before actual delivery date).Call suppliers to verify their deliveries.Check submission of bi-monthly inventory report from various project sites.Double-checks correctness and completeness of reports.Keep track of Materials monitoring from diff. project sites.Check Purchase Orders if already with Delivery advice Form (DAF).Follow-up delayed deliveries from suppliers.Ask for delivery commitment.Site and stockyard inspection (project sites).Site OSM audit.Keep track of excess materials from project sites.Handles materials management team at project sitesHandles RMC coordinators.Check RMC reports.Monitor RMC pouring and supply.Generate Materials management process improvement and necessary forms (as needed). Qualifications

1. Graduate in civil engineering is an advantage.

2. Above average skills in Microsoft office proficiency.

3. Knowledgeable on inventory management and warehousing.

4. Considerable related working experience in process improvement and/or materials management.

5. With excellent communication skills.

6. Possess analytical and critical-thinking

7. Process improvement-oriented and Results-driven

8. Possesses utmost professionalism and integrity.

9. With good leadership skills.

10. Willing to be assigned in Pampanga, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite, or Laguna.
