About the role

You will play a crucial role in supporting the company's procurement process in Floridablanca Pampanga, overseeing procurement and inventory management to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of materials and services.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and source suppliers and vendors
  • Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships
  • Oversee procurement process, from purchase orders to tracking deliveries and ensuring quality control
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, monitoring stock levels and identifying opportunities for optimization
  • Provide reporting and analysis to support strategic decision-making
  • Implement efficient procurement policies and procedures to drive continuous improvement


Requirements:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • At least 5 years of experience in procurement or supply chain role in construction industry
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management capabilities
  • Proficient in procurement software and data analysis tools
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and compliance requirements
