EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

Bachelor's degree or similar in office management, tourism management, administrative support, or related discipline.

POSITION / ROLE SUMMARY

As part of Internal Firm Services, Engagement Concierge ("EC") team gives the opportunity to provide administrative support to PwC US employees while working remotely. Driving new digital ways of working, Workplace Solutions help unlock new opportunities for the team members, organization and clients through competency enhancement, collaboration, automation, quality, innovation and integrated global delivery.

Professionals in the innovative Acceleration Centers (ACs) are part of inclusive teams who work together across functions and geographies; engage in challenging projects; and provide distinctive services to support client engagements through enhanced quality and innovation. A role in Workplace Solutions will provide growth potential and valuable learning opportunities to the team and PwC employees.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

● Create and update invoices and billings.

● Drafting of credit memos and expense reports as well as billing research.

● Generate various accounting (hours, time and expenses) reports through eGFS tool.

● Perform travel management related tasks such as domestic and international bookings as well as updating and cancellations of bookings.

● Arrange travel accommodation requirements.

● Perform time and expense transfers (revenue allocation) and PwC role changes in myEngage tool.

● Perform other engagement maintenance related tasks such as performance variance, partial/full zero clear, code closures and accounts payable adjustments.

● Perform self-review of all deliverables.

● Work simultaneously on multiple tasks and projects.

● Must be able to work with tight deadlines.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to Php60,000.00 per month

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Night shift

Experience:

  • Executive Assistant: 3 years (Preferred)
