IT Recruiter

Requirements for the Role:

• Must have a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
• Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT/Technical Recruitment
• Willing to work in Taguig
• Shifts available: 8AM – 5PM / 9PM – 6AM, Hybrid schedule (at least 4 times RTO/month, subject to business requirements)

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute end-to-end sourcing and recruitment for positions ranging from junior to supervisory levels
• Handle multiple requisitions spanning different areas of technology
• Take part in inclusion and diversity recruitment initiatives and events
• Collaborate closely with recruiting, business, and HR partners to grasp hiring needs
• Ensure proper alignment on the interview process, ensuring preparedness of the hiring team and thorough evaluation and engagement of candidates
• Oversee effective and economical recruitment procedures with external employment agencies
