Consulting & Generalist HR (Human Resources & Recruitment)

Ensure hiring of right people timely. Maintains a talent pipeline to ensure readily available talent when needed.

Training & Development

  • Ensures timely conduction of Training Needs Analysis and timely facilitation of all trainings needed. Identifies skills and competency gaps and ensures that all employees are equipped with the skills and competencies needed for their job.
  • Manages the succession planning process of the company.

Performance Management

  • To lead the implementation of Performance Management in driving a performance - driven culture.
  • Regularly reviews performance management policy whenever necessary.
  • Ensures timely performance appraisal for probationary and regular employees.
  • Ensures timely processing of employees government and company benefits.
  • Designs and maintains salary structure to ensure internal equity and avoid salary distortion.
  • Ensures timely processing of payroll.
  • Ensures timely processing and renewal of HMO.

HR Policies , Systems And Processes

  • Reviews and revises policies and procedures whenever necessary.
  • Formulates necessary policies and procedures.

Employee Relations, Communications and Welfare

  • Formulates programs and activities that promotes work-life balance and improves employee retention.

Labor/Industrial Relations

  • Manages grievances and ensures timely processing of disciplinary actions.
  • Formulates programs to reduce grievance and admin cases.

ISO

  • Reviews Forms and Quality Procedures whenever necessary.
  • Ensures compliance to ISO.
  • Ensures timely delivery of the team's KRA's and KPI's.

Performs other tasks assigned by the VP for Support Services and the President.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduate of Industrial Psychology; Business Management, Master's degree preferred.
  • With 5-10 years of experience in human resources / administrative department in a manufacturing or service oriented organizations.
  • Knowledgeable in general HR functions; research methodology; organizational structure and organizational assessment.
  • Communicate effectively, verbally and in writing, to a diverse employees.
  • Planning and Organizing.
  • Excellent time management and Problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent people and social skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to exhibit a professional HR practitioner.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills.
