Job Summary: Oversees the daily administrative operations of a well-functioning clinic facility to ensure implementation of process and procedures to optimize customer service, employee productivity, and increase in revenue.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Clinic Operations and Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring smooth and efficient customer management. Implement and enforce clinic policies to ensure high-quality customer care and safety.
- Maintain the overall aesthetics of the clinic, ambiance, organization, and appearance.
Customer Relations and Customer Service
- Ensure that excellent customer service is provided to clients to increase the branch's database.
- Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the clinic to create the customer experience.
- Handle customer concerns/complaints professionally and resolve issues in a timely manner.
Finance Management:
- Oversee the billing and collection process, ensuring accurate invoicing and payment collection.
- Monitor and manage the clinic's budget and expenses
- Collaborate with the clinic accountant for financial reporting and record-keeping.
Staff Supervision and Training
- Point of Contact of Human Resources in hiring, coaching, disciplining, and terminating employment of the staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees to enhance their performance. Facilitate training sessions to keep the staff updated on customer management, and customer service.
Main Skills and Qualifications:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's degree on Business Administration, or any relevant degree related to the position.
- Has over at least 10 years industry experience, with at least 3 to 5 years of experience in a managerial role.
- Ability to manage and lead the clinic staff to perform their duties efficiently
- Exceptional organizational skills to ensure that quality services are provided.
- Drives productivity of the team to hit branch targets, manage budget, and works with finance to address Profit / Liability.
- Competence on computer-based healthcare administration systems is ideal. Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- With strong leadership and team management
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php60, Php65,000.00 per month
