Job Description
  • ProvideMEPcost management and control from inception, through design, pre-construction, procurement, construction to final account.
  • Carry out cost management and quantity takeoffduties with reasonable supervision and guidance.
  • To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner
  • Provide Cost plan and budget preparationincluding estimate, comparative design studies, life cycle costing, turnover/cash flow projections, cost control and cost report during pre-contract period.
  • To ensure that final accounts are negotiated and agreed; validate the monthly payment claims and prepare payment recommendation for MEP related works/packages.
  • To run the procurement process from all stages in pre-qualification such as quotation enquiry, analysis, selection and contract preparation
  • Provide Documentation including Tender Document, Tender Report, Pre-contract correspondence, LOA and contract documents.
  • To monitor and verifying VO, Claims, Payment, Final Account and attending project meetings
  • Provide CM role pro-actively and professionally and interfacing with the client and other consultants, at all project stages.
Qualifications
  • Prior CSA / MEP cost management experience is essential withminimum years' experience in related fields
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Cost Management or related technical field
  • Experience from consultancy background, well versed with CSA / MEP work experience is preferred.
  • Excellent client relationship skills
  • Excellent verbal and written business communication skills, experience in preparing client cost reports
  • Experience in Office fit-out / Hi-tech Manufacturing / Data Center
  • Experience with a good understanding of the entire MEP system
  • Experience in all aspects of cost management
  • Excellence in English communication skills
  • Good team players.
  • Hard working and "can do" attitude.
