We are looking for a Junior SAP Delivery Manager to join our Finance & ERP Solutions – Delivery team. As a key member of our team, you will be instrumental in improving the effectiveness of our team by translating strategic and managerial direction into tactical or operational processes, embedding and championing policies, processes, and tools, as well as working with stakeholders and third parties to ultimately ensure the efficient and successful delivery of changes.

What makes you the ideal candidate in this role?

As a Junior SAP Delivery Manager, you will be responsible for taking over the ownership of various day-to-day operations in the areas of stakeholder management, workload management, and change delivery. You will also have a remit to innovate and establish new tools and processes.

With a pragmatic approach that is sensitive to balancing demand and mitigating risk, your expertise and insights will ultimately guide and develop the team's ability to deliver more. You will also be expected to be involved in larger, more complex changes, where the team require project management assistance.

You will be expected to follow a mid-shift schedule (1PM-9PM PH Time) and report to office in Makati to meet team members or attend larger meetings in person, at least once a month.

The following will help you be an ideal candidate for this post:

  • Over 5 years of proven SAP change delivery experience, ideally with a technical or functional background.
  • Familiarity through exposure to an IT Service Management (ITSM) environment, specifically change management.
  • Project Management skills and experience, including risk and issue management, and reporting.
  • Relevant qualifications in any of the above would be advantageous.
  • Adept at working on many concurrent initiatives, with an excellent attention to detail and effective organisation and prioritisation skills.
  • Excellent communicator, comfortable working with a range of stakeholders at all levels in the organisation.
