Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Accounting Staff member to join our finance team.

This role involves managing either Accounts Receivable (AR) and Accounts Payable (AP) functions to ensure accurate and timely financial operations.


Key Responsibilities:

A. Accounts Receivable (AR):

  • Generate and send out invoices to customers.
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding receivables to ensure timely collection.
  • Process incoming payments and reconcile customer accounts.
  • Maintain accurate records of all AR transactions.
  • Address and resolve any billing discrepancies or customer inquiries.

B. Accounts Payable (AP):

  • Review, verify, and process supplier invoices.
  • Prepare and perform check runs, wire transfers, and ACH payments.
  • Reconcile vendor statements and handle payment discrepancies.
  • Maintain accurate records of all AP transactions.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures for expenditures.

General Duties:

  • Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
  • Prepare and maintain financial reports as needed.

  • Support audits and other financial reviews.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of financial processes and systems.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in AR and AP functions is preferred, but FRESH GRADUATES are also welcome
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
