The RPA Technical Lead (Principal, Software Development) is responsible for spearheading the design, implementation, and optimization of UiPath-based robotic process automation (RPA) solutions. It involves analyzing business requirements to pinpoint automation opportunities, designing comprehensive RPA solutions considering scalability, security, and integration factors, and ensuring adherence to best practices for robustness and maintainability.
Integration with existing systems is prioritized, alongside establishing comprehensive documentation. A critical addition to our Digital Enablement capability to continuously stay abreast of UiPath RPA advancements, the role drives ongoing process improvement and acts as a consultant, guiding the developers on automation strategy, and fostering a culture of automation within the organization.

- Provide Technical Guidance to the Developers

The Ideal Candidate must have the following qualifications:
- Academic: 4 years graduate or relevant experience preferred.
- Min 7-10 years of functional experience in software development
- Min 5 years of RPA experience using Low Code Platform: UIPath (Preferred) / Blue Prism / Automation Anywhere / PowerAutomate
- Must have delivered min 10 RPA use cases or End-to-end Automation Solution for a Business Process Group
- 3 years minimum as a DevOps Technical Lead/Architect, applying Agile methodology
