Job Description
• Responsible on streamlines shipping and transportation processes.

• Responsible on planning of departure and arrival of all fleet

• Responsible to ensure availability of all fleets performing daily

• Responsible to implement standard procedure for pre and post departure and arrival.

• Responsible to direct guide logistics on their daily activities

• Responsible to promote and practice safety at all times, target zero percentage accident

• Responsible to promote and practice safety at all times, target zero percentage accident

• Responsible in handling petty cash for logistics expenses

• Prepare weekly report data summary of truck expenses and others

• Responsible on checking and monitoring daily work schedule of staff, drivers, and helpers

• Responsible to perform any task that the management shall ask.

Job Qualifications
• Must be a College graduate of any Business or Custom courses.

• With at least 2-3 years of relevant experience

• Must be keen to details and can communicate well.

• Mus have problem-solving, leadership, and time-management skills.

• Able to work under minimal supervision

• Willing to render overtime
