We are seeking a skilled waiter/waitress to take orders and serve food and drinks to our customers.
Your main goal should be to offer a top-notch guest experience.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Welcome guests and provide them with the menu
- Offer menu suggestions and provide additional information when needed
- Take orders and promote additional items when suitable
- Set tables and keep them clean and organized
- Inspect products for quality and address any issues
- Present bills and handle payments
- Collaborate with other staff members
- Adhere to health and safety regulations
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a waiter/waitress
- Customer-oriented with excellent organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency with cash registers and ordering systems
- Effective communication and active listening skills
- Good physical health
- High school diploma; additional food safety training is a plus
