Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Business Analyst located in Metro Manila with the flexibility for remote work. The Senior Business Analyst will be responsible for conducting business analysis, gathering and documenting business requirements, analyzing data, and recommending solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams, facilitate stakeholder communication, and contribute to process improvement initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Process Analysis:
  • Analyze and document existing business processes.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and optimization.
  • Develop and implement efficient business processes to enhance productivity.
  • Requirements Gathering:
  • Engage with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications.
  • Ensure requirements are clearly communicated and understood by development teams.
  • Banking Industry Expertise:
  • Utilize in-depth knowledge of the banking sector to provide insights and recommendations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
  • Work on projects related to banking products, services, and compliance.
  • Collaboration and Communication:
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and feedback.
  • Liaise between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Ensure alignment of project objectives with business goals.
  • Project Management Support:
  • Assist project managers in planning and executing projects.
  • Track project progress and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
  • Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum of 6-7+ years of experience in the IT industry, with a focus on business analysis.
  • Swift messaging tool experience is a plus for our banking client.
  • Camunda tool experience or credit card is a plus.
  • Must be open for full onsite depends on client's needs.
  • Proven experience in business process analysis and requirements gathering.
  • Extensive experience in the banking industry, with knowledge of banking products, processes, and regulations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and techniques.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) are a plus.
