The role
You will be directly reporting to the Head of Legal,Risk and Compliance.Your overallobjective is to support the risk, internal audit and compliance activities ofthe organisation to ensure we operate in a legal and ethical manner whilemeeting our business objectives.
Thisis an exciting and challenging role.Youwill be partnering with the different functional areas of the business toensure that we are compliant and that risks are well managed and monitored.
Whatdoes the role involve?
· Regularlyreviewing and testing the effectiveness of processes, procedures and controlsacross Finance (Internal Audit), Operations, IT and other support departments,to determine whether these are effectiveness; compile remediation actions withfunctional heads and drive implementation
· Regularlyreviewing and maintaining compliance registers for external reporting,contracts, certificates and gifts and entertainment; including working withfunctional heads to resolve challenges were such requirements are overdue or atrisk of being overdue
· Developsand implements reports, programs and activities to improve controls and manage risks
· Reviewpolicies and procedures of other departments to ensure compliance with therequirements of the law
· Supportingthe CFO with the quarterly review of risks as determined under the IntogreatRisk Management Framework
· Supportthe business in ensuring up-to-date legal certifications
· Raiseissues and matters of non compliance, including suggestions on how to resolvesuch
· Administrationduties, projects or other ad hoc duties as required

Required:
· Bachelordegree, General Business or other related field
· Atleast 2 years of internal audit/risk management experience
· Excellent verbal and written Englishcommunication skills
Preferred(not mandatory):
· Exposureto government agencies such as Philippine Economic Zone Authority (PEZA),Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR), Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) andLGUs
