Responsible for helping property owners and managers rent out their properties.

They typically work in residential or commercial real estate and are key to ensuring that properties are occupied and generating revenue.

Responsibilities

Property Showings:
Conducting tours of the property for prospective tenants.

Marketing:
Creating and managing advertisements for available properties, both online and offline.

Tenant Screening:
Evaluating potential tenants by conducting background checks, credit checks, and verifying employment and rental history.

Lease Negotiation:
Negotiating terms and conditions of lease agreements with tenants.

Paperwork:
Preparing lease agreements and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

Customer Service:

Understanding of how to market properties effectively, including the use of digital tools and social media.

Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws:
Familiarity with local, state, and federal housing laws to ensure compliance.

Problem-Solving:
Ability to resolve tenant issues and property-related problems efficiently.
Qualifications
Background in real estate, property management, or sales.

At least a high school diploma or equivalent, and some have college degrees in business, real estate, or related fields.

Professional certifications is an advantage.
