The Senior Graphic Designer is responsible for creating visually appealing and on-brand designs for various media, including illustrations, logos, UI designs, and mock-ups. This role involves conceptualizing visuals based on requirements, maintaining brand consistency, and managing the design workflow and timelines to meet project deadlines effectively.

Job Summary:

The Senior Graphic Designer develops and implements design solutions that meet marketing objectives and enhance the company's visual identity. By collaborating with team members and testing graphics across different media, the Graphic Designer ensures high-quality, consistent, and brand-aligned outputs. The position requires proficiency in Adobe suites and knowledge of Figma and video editing as an advantage.

Key Result Areas and Functions:

  • Visual Conceptualization and Design Development
  • Conceptualize visuals that meet marketing requirements.
  • Create rough drafts and present design ideas for approval.
  • Develop illustrations, logos, and other graphic designs.
  • Test and refine graphics across various media.
  • Generate mock-ups and UI designs to support digital projects.
  • Quality Assurance and Brand Consistency
  • Assess final graphics to ensure visual appeal and brand alignment.
  • Verify design quality and consistency across all projects.
  • Implement feedback to refine and improve design outputs.
  • Review completed designs for adherence to brand guidelines.
  • Audit and update design elements to maintain brand consistency.
  • Workflow and Timeline Management
  • Coordinate the design workflow to meet project deadlines.
  • Monitor design progress and adjust schedules as needed.
  • Communicate timeline updates and challenges to stakeholders.
  • Allocate resources efficiently to manage multiple projects.
  • Document and track design milestones to ensure timely delivery.
  • Collaboration and Team Coordination
  • Collaborate with team members to integrate design requirements.
  • Facilitate brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas.
  • Participate in project meetings to align design objectives.
  • Support team efforts by sharing design insights and expertise.
  • Engage in constructive feedback exchanges to enhance team output.
  • Technical Proficiency and Continuous Improvement
  • Utilize Adobe suites proficiently for various design tasks.
  • Apply Figma skills to enhance UI/UX design projects.
  • Incorporate video editing techniques where applicable.
  • Stay updated with the latest design tools and trends.
  • Experiment with new design methodologies to improve efficiency.

Job Qualifications:

  • Education and Training:
  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
  • Training in UI/UX design and multimedia tools.
  • Experience and Knowledge:
  • Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
  • In-depth knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Familiarity with Figma and video editing software.
  • Experience in creating designs for multiple media platforms.
  • Understanding of brand consistency principles.
  • Creativity: Ability to conceptualize and create original designs.
  • Attention to Detail: Ensuring high-quality and precise design outputs.
  • Time Management: Efficiently managing design projects and deadlines.
  • Team Collaboration: Working effectively with team members to achieve design goals.
  • Technical Proficiency: Mastery of design tools and software for optimal performance.
