Job Description
  • Verify eligibility and medical benefits of patients/customers
  • Evaluate the appropriateness of treatment plans and services provided to the patients covered under the plan
  • Review documentation and interpret data obtained from clinical records or systems to apply appropriate clinical criteria and policies in line with regulatory and accreditation requirements for member and/or provider issues
Minimum Qualifications
  • Holder of Active USRN license (any US Mainland State)
  • Graduate of BS Nursing, with active PHRN license
  • Strong clinical based knowledge with at least 2 (two) years hospital bedside experience
  • Above average English communication skills - verbal and written
  • Computer literate, familiar with MS Word and Excel
  • Knowledge of ICD-9 and ICD-10 and CPT codes is an advantage
  • Willing to work on Nightshift (with paid night differential)
