Job Summary:
eCommerce Sr. Team Lead will be responsible for collaborating with the business team, comprehend the SLAs, and supervise the service squad to sustain and manage the infrastructures. The role involves managing service level agreements and ensuring services align with the business requirements.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage and update product information on e-commerce platforms, covering product descriptions, images, attributes, and pricing.
  • Ensure the accuracy, consistency, and completeness of product data throughout all e-commerce channels.
  • Identify and communicate improvement opportunities for PIM application performance and data governance to management, leading the development of new processes to enhance data management objectives.
  • Analyze sales data, performance metrics, and market trends to spot growth opportunities, optimize product listings, and make informed decisions leveraging tools like Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis.
  • Collaborate with diverse teams to collect product information and update databases accordingly.
  • Implement strategies to boost product data quality and efficiency.
  • Monitor and evaluate product performance metrics to pinpoint optimization possibilities.
  • Stay informed about e-commerce trends and best practices in product information management.
  • Establish Key Performance Indicators (KPI) for the team.
  • Keep abreast of relevant company, client, and product information updates proactively.
  • Stay updated on current affairs that may impact the brand or client being managed.
  • Offer support and training to internal teams on product information management procedures and tools.
  • Engage in new e-commerce ventures and projects' planning and execution.
  • Fulfill other tasks as directed by the immediate supervisor.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, information technology, or a related field.
  • Proficient in various online marketplaces like Amazon, Home Depot, Bed Bath, eBay, Wayfair, Walmart, and Target.
  • Solid comprehension of the e-commerce landscape, including product catalog development, SEO, UX, and product information management.
  • Exceptional skills in utilizing databases, PIM Software, and Vendor Management Systems like MS Excel, PIMWorks, Syndigo, Slack, and Basecamp.
  • Familiarity with basic Adobe Photoshop functions.
  • Comfortable handling various campaigns.
  • Act as a brand advocate through positive social media sharing on platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal capabilities.
  • Flexibility to work during US business hours.
