Main Duties and Responsibilities:

Assist the department in user operation, responsible for daily operation and maintenance on social media.

Support high-value users and groups with comprehensive operational and product resources to improve conversion and retention.

Maintain core partners and promote their performance growth.

Continuously optimize the recruitment and training process for partners and local promoters.

Help increase the total number and income of partners and promoters, as well as explore and develop new market opportunities.

Aim for higher user activity, retention, and conversion.

Propose product improvements to fulfill users' needs and provide better experience.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or above, any course.

Passionate about the gaming industry, skilled game players are preferred.

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills.

Quick learner, adept at critical thinking, able to identify and solve problems, and with innovative spirit.

With excellent interpersonal skills and ability to express opinion in a professional manner.

Possess the following characteristics: proactive, patient, meticulous, strong sense of responsibility, and good team collaborator.
