Responsibilities:

  • Executes and oversees company policies and guidelines, administering HR plans and procedures for all personnel.
  • Orients newly hired employees on work regulations, code of conduct, and Arkray branding.
  • Prepares and submits monthly employees' premium and loan payments for mandated benefits (SSS, PHIC, HDMF).
  • Maintains company organization charts, employee directory, and 201 files.
  • Prepares and delivers notices/memorandums to employees regarding salary and job level changes.
  • Responsible for researching, coordinating, and organizing company events and employee incentive programs.
  • Monitors training data to ensure adherence to planned programs and budget.
  • Researches and screens potential training providers that align with the company's needs.
  • Prepares necessary documents for internal, customer, and external audits.
  • Provides input and generates monthly HRGA operations reports for management review.
  • Fosters harmonious relationships among different teams and offers counseling support to employees as needed.

Requirements:

  • Graduate of Psychology or related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of solid experience in HRGA functions within a manufacturing setting.
  • Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
