Job Duties and Responsibilities

Develop and manage project documentsProvides draft inputs such as progress reports, research reports, briefings and other key documents needed Develop, coordinate and organize possible meeting schedules for project team members, managers, clients and other stakeholders when necessaryProvide information and data analytics for and report to the Project Manager / Digital Content Manager, following their directions for project tasks and goalsAssists in the preparation and coordination of the necessary materials for each project meeting, including presentation slides, reports, handouts, worksheets and polls, and the likes.Conduct research or data analysis when needed.Apply quantitative and qualitative project development strategies, to conduct data collection, analysis and disseminationCreate and update fundamental data to develop app Communicate effectively with local and international members to ensure alignment on the projectPerform other related tasks as requiredQualifications
  1. Education and Work Experience
  2. Graduate of Bachelor's/College Degree in any field
  3. No work experience required2. Skills Requirements
  4. Research: Effectively identifying reliable sources, gathering relevant information, analyzing their findings and drawing actionable conclusions that promote project progress.
  5. Organization: Ability to keep track of essential information, ensure it's accessible over time and keep any sensitive or confidential information secure.
  6. Communication: Those in this role practice effective verbal and written communication skills.
  7. Teamwork: Possess all skills and attitudes that allow him or her to collaborate with clients and management to understand needs, develop goals, discuss progress and convey client expectations to the project team members or to management.
  8. Critical thinking: Content Development Assistant can prepare for potential issues in the project and prevent them from occurring or develop contingency plans to follow to solve the issue immediately. Problem-solving and critical thinking skills are vital in these situations to analyze the information and make good, informed decisions about how to proceed in the best way.
  9. Language skill: Fluent in English (Oral/ Written). Passionate and committed to learning Japanese.
  10. IT literacy is a must
