• Join Quarterly Priorities (QP) Projects/ Initiatives;
• Other tasks that may be assigned from time to time;
• Execution and managing of Koncepto Pop-Up Bazaar Events;
• Prepares budget request for décor, talent fee and other activities made for bazaar event;
• Attending to digital and walk-in clients' inquiries and processing of approved events for venue areas (Client-Initiated Events);
• Maintaining and monitoring of Client Information and Koncepto Bazaar Inquiry responses;
• Filing of Marketing documents such as Client Information Form, VRA, Merchant Agreement, etc. for Client-Initiated and Koncepto Pop-Up Bazaar;
• Handling of inventory for Marketing equipment and supplies;
• Documenting of all Marketing and Koncepto Events by taking pictures and videos;
• Conceptualizing and implementing of Marketing campaigns, promo and packages for events.
• Coordinating to Account Specialists

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree. Marketing or Business Course is preferred;
• With at least 1-2 years of experience as Bazaar Supervisor or Manager
• Excellent in analytical skill and attention to details
• Must have excellent tenant relations and be customer oriented
• Has excellent leadership skills, personnel management and administrative skills
• Exercise professionalism at all times
• Strong interpersonal and PR skills;
• Able to be creative operationally and strategically;
• Knowledgeable in using MS Office apps and Google Productivity apps such as, Google Sheets, Google Forms, Google Docs and Google Slides;
• Excellent knowledge in Marketing Strategies;
• Full understanding of social media platforms;
• Willing to do field works.
