  • College Graduate in Any Field; Preferably of Human Resources related course
  • Minimum of 10 years' experience as HRBP with at least 2-3 years at Sr. Manager/Associate Director/Director capacity
  • Working knowledge in key facets of HR Management (Employee Relations, Labor Relations, C&B, Health & Safety, Data Management, Engagement and etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge and experience on Corporate Compliance and Labor Laws
  • working knowledge in BPO industry standards
  • Willing to work full time onsite or on hybrid model
  • Can also work on shifting schedules, rest days or holidays

What you will do:

  • Head the HR Department for Manila site
  • Leads the development and implementation of all HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Develops and monitors overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the
  • organization
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources
  • functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting that meet compliance requirements.
  • Studies legislation, arbitration decisions, and collective bargaining contracts to assess industry trends.
  • Supports current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation and preservation of human capital
  • Bridges management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other
  • employee concerns and/or issues
  • Implements and facilitates benefits programs such as life, health, medical and dental insurance, vacation, sick leave, leave of absence, and employee assistance
  • Reports to management and provides decision support through HR metrics
  • Nurtures a positive working environment
  • Coordinates management training, internal promotions, employee separations, performance review, safety, and other employee related activities.
  • Ensures legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource requirements; conducting investigations; maintaining records; representing the organization in labor court hearings
  • Prepares budget for human resources operations
