POSITION SUMMARY
This position is an administrative position handling mainly clerical to administrative workwithin the department and in a team environment.

This position supports most otherdepartment positions and requires the person to understand the functions of theposition and how it affects the departments workflow and how it affects each person'sactual work.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONSProcess Account Receivables ‐ weekly deposit, prepare reports for mobile deposit, and enter ACH deposits that are posted online in Bank's websiteProcess Debit Card files, Results and ReportsPlan Funding DepositsPlan Funding ACHClient daily check runs and notificationsPrint checks and process ACH remittanceReconcile bank statementsAssist with banking set upsFiling, scanning, email correspondenceHelp with month end processingPull variety of reports from various programsUpload reports to the portal for clients and participantsAudit of client's accountsClient account weekly balancingCommunicate with Client's regarding invoices/payments
REQUIREMENTSExcellent verbal and written communication in the English languageProven organizational / time management skillsSelf-StarterAttention to detail is extremely importantStrong general office skills and basic knowledge of financial principals and accounting terminologyExcellent customer service skillsTeamworkBenefits experience a mustBasic computer skills (experience in Word Processing & Excel programs)

Education level:
College degree or equivalent experience
