LeFort has been partnering with hospitals and doctors nationwide for sixteen (16) years in providing medical care for patients with fractured bones. Our remarkable implants, coupled with the surgical team--including our Product Specialists--are instrumental in improving the lives of Filipino people.

You do not have to be a medical practitioner to be a Quality Assurance Associate, nor do you need to have a medical background to enter the field. Our current pool of skilled professionals with a combined 50+ years of experience will definitely help you gear up and develop the competencies that you need to be a successful Quality Assurance Associate.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide technical assistance to the surgeon in charge during the entire surgery.
  • Assists the OR team in preparing the patient for operation.
  • Double check the integrity of sets & instruments to be used prior to surgery.
  • Conducts post-operative inspection of sets and equipment used.
  • Order and take inventory of supplies and maintain files and records of procedures.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the President.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • At least high school graduate.
  • Must be physically fit to stand and assist surgeries for extended hours.
  • Must be able to travel to any location nationwide
  • Ability to carry a load of at least 10 kg.

Prefered Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree holder.
  • With at least four (4) years of related experience.
  • Familiarity with medical terminologies and surgical instruments.
