Summary:
The position is responsible for greeting and receiving visitors at the front desk, answering telephone lines and providing support to the site. This position creates a positive first and last impression for the practice and is pivotal to the company's daily business to run smoothly and efficiently as possible.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
• Responsible for answering and routing calls promptly.
• Greeting visitors, and handling inquiries from the public
• Responsible for mail, courier & parcels receiving and distribution
• Responsible in meeting room reservations & amenities coordination
• Responsible for the cleanliness & orderliness of the reception area
• Implements visitor management policy & procedure
• Deliver extraordinary employee and client service and care
• Filing, scanning, faxing, printing as well as typing specific documentation as required
• Prepare general correspondences and customer assessments as needed
• Monitors and records stocks and supplies status. Routinely re-order department supplies
• Performs other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
• Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
• Accurate typing skills
• Proficiency with PC's and computer programs (MS Applications)
• Strong knowledge of general office procedures and office equipment
• Interpersonal Skills
• Time Management Skills Education & Experience:
• College diploma or equivalent required
• Able to read, speak and write English language proficiently to communicate with customers, comprehend and follow instructions
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, structured call center environment
